Update to Payment Terms

Pay on collection payment option ceases from 3rd January 2017

From 3rd January 2017, Prizmatic Solutions Ltd will no longer offer the option of paying for printed goods at the front counter at the time of collection.

From 3rd January 2017, the two payment options available are:

1. Pay at time of order

Counter Sales and non-account customers will be required to pay in full before orders go into production. You can pay over the phone or in person with debit or credit card, by bank transfer or even by cash in person at our Burgess Hill office.

2. Payment on account

There are no changes to credit account customers. Our standard payment terms remain as follows: Net Monthly (Payment due on the last day of the following month).

Applications are reviewed personally and a member of our team may contact you to discuss your business and requirements. Please allow 7 working days for a decision on new account applications. 

 

Credit card surcharges

From 3rd January 2017 a 1.5% surcharge will be applied to all to all credit card payments. 

This will be added to the gross invoice total. If you require an amended invoice inclusive of the surcharge fee, this is available on request by emailing accounts@prizmatic.co.uk with your company name and invoice number. This applies to payments made by both Counter Sales and Credit Account customers.

To date, Prizmatic has absorbed the total cost of all card transaction fees, but due to a further increase to credit card transaction fees, we now need to pass on this cost in order to stay competitive and avoid a percentage increase to our product prices. 

 

Minimum order charge on counter sales

Please note from 3rd January 2017 we have a £15 +vat minimum charge on all counter sales. This does not apply to credit account customers.
